Another dual occupancy development in the eastern suburb of Melbourne. The client brief was to design 2 substantial homes on a 734m2 site. Another successful Town Planning Permit of 2x 4 bedrooms dwellings, with 3 bathrooms and 3 living areas, plus an alfresco to the rear of the site. Although the site had a maximum site coverage of only 50%, we still managed to design some truly special homes for the future occupants.

Time frame: 5 months for town planning approval
