Another dual occupancy development in the eastern suburb of Melbourne. The client brief was to design 2 substantial homes at the rear of a commercial property. Another successful Town Planning Permit of 2x 3 bedrooms dwellings, with 2.5 bathrooms and 2 living areas, plus a single garage each. Although the site had a maximum site coverage of only 60%, we still managed to design some truly special homes for the future occupants.

Time frame: 5 months for town planning approval
