The goal was to keep the existing dwelling and design 2 dwellings to the rear of the existing. The site of 956m² presented many opportunities which we took advantage of. Although the existing dwelling occupied majority of the site, we still managed to have successfully approved two 3 bedroom dwellings, both with ensuites and single garages, to be built to the rear of the existing 4 bedroom dwelling. Obviously, the clients were very pleased with the result, and so were we.
